After nearly a two year hiatus Karen is back on stage and in front of a new band composed of some of Kansas City's most renowned players. Same great songs with some new ones too and with more backing vocalists than she has ever had.
From 1999 through 2017 Karen was the front of the incredible Karen Davis Project which was widely know as Kansas City's most popular private party band. Before coming to Kansas City, Karen had performed in Las Vegas at the Flamingo Hilton, the Moulin Rouge and Models De Colour. She sang with the Denver Symphony Orchestra, at the Coors Summer Jazz Festical, the USA Music Ganza, the Winter Park Jazz Fest and has opened for such greats as the late James Brown, Zapp with Roger Troutman and the J.B.'s. She has appeared in revues and productions of Lady Sings the Blues, Dancin' In the Streets and Harlem Sweet Harlem.
And now she is doing it again!
